Not everyone knows how to cook, especially when you’re busy with school, activities, and everything else in life, the good news is you don’t need to be a chef in order to make a decent meal. A microwave can do way more than just reheat leftovers, here are some easy foods you can make using only a microwave
- Instant Mac and Cheese. Add pasta and water to a bowl, microwave until the pasta is soft, then mix in the cheese
- Baked Potato. Poke holes in a potato, microwave it for 6–7 minutes (flip halfway), and top it with butter, cheese, or anything you like.
- Mug Cake. Mix 4 tablespoons of flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 3 tablespoons milk, and 2 tablespoons of oil in a mug, then microwave for about a minute and you’re done.
- Steamed Veggies. Put chopped vegetables in a bowl with a little water, cover, and microwave for a few minutes.
- Microwave Quesadilla. Put cheese between two tortillas and microwave for about 30–60 seconds
